[Theory] Was Sasuke talking about Madara instead of Oro?!

On the last page of the Naruto: Chapter 592, Sasuke says that he's going to meet the man who knows everything. Before that though, he says something about the village ... could he be referring to Madara Uchiha? He only said Orochimaru when he finished reading the scroll. Also, he says he wouldn't die that easily. I'm not arguing that in the panel he's talking about Oro. It's when he says the human who knows everything. Madara was around when Konoha was created. He has the Rinnegan and is one of the earliest Uchiha's
