Or if sasuke plans to somehow revive him using that scroll or using Ankos cursed seal. Why does he need him anyway???

the manga pics on the last page suggest that orochimaru lives on in the curse marks, and because Madara was grasping his neck he too might have a curse mark on him. Which means that maybe orochimaru will resurrect within madara's body.
