Prefered elemanted chakra?

feel free to give me your prefered element of chakra and why ?

personally mine is earth because of its defenve and offensive possability arguable the most balanced element

Lightning chakra easily, quite simply cause its awesome. Wind is a close second though

If you bring aspects of speed and additional effects such as lightning can numb the body then earth doesnt come out as too balanced

wind cant knock over rock its too heavy but rock can cstand in the way of wind easilly, and as for lighning it has no defence only attack and if the attack fails against a strong defence you are left with nothing

Wind will eventually whittle a rock away to nothing (even if it takes a while >_<') and in the elemental advantages in jutsu lightning beats earth. I think the lightning armour jutsu suffices enough for most things

if wind takes so long to destroy rock another plan could easilly be formulated also as in jiroubo's case chakra can be used to strengthen the rock to lessen the destruction further, going on to effects lighning has to touch the body to numb it and if the defence is good enough it will only strike earth and not bone also items can be used to diperse lighning such as metal it will atract the lighning before it reached the target the and rubber cna be used to insulate it, too me it has far too many weaknesses to become a usefull jutsu.

besides the added effect,what would the so caled defences of this "lightning armour" do if trapped in an dome of chakra solidified earth, and it couldnt blast its way out because of it draining your chakra , bearing in mind high powered lightning jutsu require alot of chakra.

True but at the cost of losing alot of chakra you could just blast the wall on the opposite side from the person trapping you with a decent chidori and escape. My jutsu knowledge isnt sufficent enough to say if you could use a jutsu to strike them with lightning while you are still inside the dome >_< Dammit, im riunning out of things to argue. I'll think of more and well finish this at school boy =P

as soon as you have wasted chakra blasting your way out and the earth user having taken some of your chakra therefor loosing none of his own he has a large range of trapping, defensive and offensive jutu. i think the upper hand comes to the earth user ^_^

Actually, lightning techniques would simply break through earth walls and defenses and they would be able to reach the opponent, as demonstarted by Sasuke against Deidara
