There was motivation to kill Danzo. Unless Kabuto retaliates after being released from Izanami, which he likely won't, there will be no reason for Sasuke to kill him.

Karin was near death. It wasn't an instant lethal blow, but still deadly. That's why Sakura had to heal her. And if Sasuke was sorry about it, he wouldn't have acted careless when he stabbed her. He was being all chill and cocky about it

Yes he is. Sasuke betrayed the village that treated him like a king just so he could get power from Orochimaru, he tried to kill Naruto,Sakura and Kakashi like 10 times, he invaded the cloud village,attacked Killer Bee,invaded the kage summit,killed the samurais and tried to kill the kages,killed Danzo. His pure evil no different than Orochimaru,Madara and Tobi.
