Now then tell me some of the application of ninjutsu that you've seen in the manga..?

Ninjutsu is the term that refers to technique that requires chakra. Ninjutsu relies on chakra and handseals, some ninjutsu don't require hand seals like the rasengan but chakra is required.
The basic types of ninjutsu requires one type off elements eg fire ball jutsu only requires fire, however if one combines two or more elemental effeminate they create a new element. haku with his ice, water and wind
Apart from the basic 5 elements their is also a sixth one called Yin-Yang.
Yin is imagination and spiritual energy, while Yang is vitality and physical energy.
Chakra is inside every one of us, it runs in our chakra pathway system. if we lose to much we drop and become exhausted, if worse we can die.
Chakra can be seen with a ninja with dojutso.

Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Windmill Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles

I begin by gathering my chakra into my mouth. once gathered, I use shape manipulation to change the shape of the chakra into long,thin sharp needles. I make sure I gather enough chakra for enough needles. Once ready, I spit out the chakra needles at your clone causing them to poof.

(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique

*Takes out 2 Windmill Shurikens from my backpack*
I begin by throwing one of the windmill shurkien at stomach height. As soon as it leaves my hand I channel my chakra into the first shuriken forming a shadow which hides the second shuriken from the clones sight. As the clone avoids the first shurkien, the second shurkien hits the clone in his thigh.
