Me i think susano'o arrow is,(for a technique to prevent kakashi 4rm using hand seals implies that it's pretty fast)...
What's your say in this guys?

I'm not doubting that the arrow is fast, but amaterasu comes from the eyes and hits the opponent almost as fast as you can see; it's essentially instantaneous.

From what ive seen so far Itachi Madara and Sasuke all have different looking Susano so maybe that arrow is special to Sasuke somehow. But i think he will use it to catch is enemy off guard with its incredible speed.. Basically he will use to end the battle quickly so i think its the arrow

It's hard to compare... it depends on the distance and let me tell you why: amaterasu forms where you focus your eyes on, and it doesn't come out of your eyes and travel there, it forms there meaning that the distance is irrelevant, while the arrow has to travel that distance.
This being said if the enemy is close enough, and Sasuke already has the arrow formed and the bow tensioned then i think it will reach the target faster than the amaterasu... otherwise (if the arrow isn't already formed, or if the target is further away) amaterasu should be faster.

Sasuke's arrow is fast, but the Amaterasu goes as fast as the eye. Meaning as fast as the light. The Amaterasu is focused out from ones eye. Making it so that it appear on whatever the user is looking at. It goes with light, and nothing is faster than light. Besides time it self.
