Who owns the bijus in fights?

a good question especially in versus threads.
they are now sealed in gedo mazo, former they belonged to hashirama and madara controlled the kyuubi too. who owns them in an actual vs thread?

I wouldn't say they belong to Hashirama, he's never used them in a fight. But he can take control of them, like in the Madara fight.

I would give them to Tobi and Nagato. Tobi can use them as shown and Nagato since he was the one who got them sealed in gedo mazo, he can use them but only stored in gedo not like Tobi.

Obviously So6p> All and he created the Bijuus so they automatically go to him,but if;

Tobi Vs Madara=I'd say Tobi owns since he can use his Normal Sharingan and Chakra chains to control tailed beast.

Hashirama Vs Tobi/Madara=Hashirama owns because he seems to be able to perfectly control the TailedBeast.

Still though, its fair game,Bijuu ownership is subjective to the creator of the "versus thread", since all of the above, Tobi,Madara an Hashirama and are capable of controlling Tailed-Beast.
