The upper part of his hair, the one on the top of his head, is too small, while the ear is too big and misplaced, it shouldn't be any higher than the eye's upper line. Also, the mouth-nose-eyes structure is too big for the dimension of the face. Or no wait, it's the other way around if you compare the face with the body, the face (shape) should be somewhat bigger so it would balance with the shoulders. Keep on practising manga ;p

Yup! I had already got all of what I needed from the reference, so I just decided to listen to some music while I did the markering/shading.

This. I've found when I draw manga you have to start drawing the hair taller than you'd expect at first, especially at an angle like that.

It's brilliant besides that, I think you should try without shading in pencil too.
