Any idea about who could have defeated Hashirama Senju?

I know , that Kakuzu and Madara have fought him?

They both lost.

Maybe it was Tobi who managed to defeat Hashirama?

I have no idea I wonder myself actually ..
Illness maybe ? thats seemed to have killed off a few strong characters like Itachi and kimimaro .. maybe he was weakened from the illness when he fought Tobi or something ?
because I don't think Tobi would be able to defeat a healthy hashirama a possible prime hashirama

I would imagine it's one of them earlier kage ( that is female ) from other village maybe Mist or cloud because we've seen sand & rock have no previous female kages.

and maybe 1st mizukage or 1st raikage could use a unbelievable sexy-seduce-no jutsu and cost enough distraction and therefore hashirama got defeated and killed.

I think it was Tobi.


We have 3 different accounts for fighting Hashirama = all survived.


One is Madara. = only praise.

One is Kakuzu. = not much , only we know he lost.

One is Tobi. = from this we have got most of the information.

Maybe the war result brought a lot of disadvantage to his body and later died of the effect.I mean war after war after war its understable if ur opponent is madara.

I think , that he could have defeated by a Jutsu , that he had not seen before , or lacked the information to counter it.


Same situation like Pain/Nagato and Jiraiya.

Pain Acknowledged , if Jiraiya had known hes secret he would have been defeated.

I think he died of natural causes.

oh maybe it was rinnegan madara (he escaped , got rinnegan, killed hashirama - a common theory ) in the end then because the only jutsu I can think of that would affect Hashirama like that is gedo maze

But it also seems to be , that Tobi "if" fought Hashirama seems to be pretty weakened himself , he supports of Zetsu goo and limbs for an example.

And He fought Madara , he must have been weakened after this fight for sure.

I think , "if" tobi managed to defeat hashirama , then Hashirama was maybe 50-70 % of hes Original Strength.

I think he died of natural causes.

He inherited the Sages Body , hes life span / health / stamina are dramaticaly increased.​

He probably got gang banged by other village kages cuz they knew that hashi was too OP

I think he could have possibly died on a battlefield due to the fact that a battlefield is a chaotic scene and he could have been caught off guard or overwhelmed by enemy's? Also He could have suffered permanent damage due to the intense battle with madara or a harmful side effects from his regeneration abilitys that weakened him enough to be killed in battle.
