No, if they existed they certainly wouldn't have more technology than we do, so wouldn't have been able to break the speed of light. Also, in order for someone to travel between solar systems, you'd need to go much faster than the speed of light, so just breaking that barrier wouldn't be enough.

Of course, I'm a Creationist who believes the universe to merely be around 6,000 years old. Maybe to someone else who thinks it's billions of years old, then interstellar travel may be possible to have developed somewhere else. Even still it's doubtful since going faster than the speed of light is, well...impossible. Now bending space is more probable, but still a bit of a stretch I think.

As has been stated, how would the aliens be able to travel through Galaxies, let alone the Universe? It takes light billions of years to travel through the most vast parts of the Universe, and achieving such speeds in 'Spaceships' seems unreasonable at this point. Infact, such speeds could actually give rise to potential time travel. Unless these aliens have a way of using Einstein Rosen Bridges/Wormholes. Then they'd be able to travel instantly to various places in the Universe. Do I think they've ever visited Earth? No. Do I even think aliens exist? Unlikely.

I think it is possible for other microscopic lifeforms to live elsewhere in the universe. But as we picture aliens to be (movies, etc.) isn't real. Even if there are others out there we will never make contact with them due to the drastic differences in living conditions.

This sums up my opinion about the matter ._.

On the other hand im not sure how many can travel between stars ..... but if they have been around longer than us they may just be able to..

I myself believe we have been visited before in the past ...... The evidence is just to over whelming I dont think our ancestors just made things up

actually we have made contact with them for hundreds of years. its just its more now sense we have media and cameras and phones etc.

people just want to see them in there face or something cause there to lazy to look up facts

As a scientist I don't believe or disbelieve the idea of extraterrestrial life outside earth. I have an open mind for new ideas an innovations. Though there is no evidence showing life in other planets, I decline the idea of us being the only ones around in the whole universe.

Life can emerge from anything, it may not even be organic in other planets, though the probability of life emerging from nowhere is very very low in probabilistic speech.

statistically , given how large the universe is and how old the universe is, its almost unimaginable that were only sentient life in the universe , besides, i really wouldnt want to live in an existence where human beings were the best the cosmos had to offer, because we kinda fail U_U
