Fanboys/Girls plz kindly gtfo 
Okay for ppl that still think that Sarutobi was > Hashirama you fail so hard.
First of all Hashirama > Madara(ems) + 9tails. When 9tails attacked Konohana Sarutobi didnt even attempt to fight the Kyubbi on his own, he wanted to wait for Minato, for back up. All he did was push kyubbi back with Enma, and thats it he didnt even approach him.
Hashirama took the Kyubbi on and Madara, whom he himself held the title of a shinobi god like Sarutobi.
Some ppl argue that Sarutobi took on the 1st , 2nd & oro at the same time so that makes Sarutobi > Hashi. Well a simple answer is that part is way weaker than part 2 naruto shippuden. I mean even Yamato could create a forest the size hashi did. You really believe that, that kind of power was Hashi's prime? Do you really believe that Hashi culd take on the 9tails + Madara with the strength he showed in part 1? Kishi didnt no how strong he was going to make his charaters a few years later so thats why they were as strong as they were back in part 1.
Hashi also has instint healing. So Hashi culd take hits like a champ were as one good hit on Sarutobi and he'd be done against Hashi.
Now Madara with Rennigan + massive Chakra + EMS + Hashi's techniques still says that he's not Hashi's equal. Sarutobi can not compete with a Rennigan. He simply doesnt have anything to counter it or best it. And Madara claims that Hashi is still the only one that can beat him. And we still havnt seen him at full strength because he hasnt really been using Rennigan or Wood style. This is basically EMS Madara that were seeing right now.
So because of all the FACTS listed above, I say Hashirama > Sarutobi
