You forget what happen during/after the kage summit. Zetsu gave him the chakra reserves of all 5kages+their bodyguards and Karin healed him in Tobi's dimension. So it's safe to assume that he was perfectly well while fighting Danzo. He was even stronger since he got more chakra(thanks to Zetsu) and was able to upgrade his Susanoo(he only had ribcage during kage summit). And again during/after his fight against Danzo, he got healed by Karin, but maybe he wasn't 100% fit though, but he was healed, and was able to upgrade his Susanoo again creating a form that he couldn't even do at 100% against Danzo, but got blind after that.

Yes Susanoo is strong, but like we've seen against Gaara, it has weaknesses. You can attack it from underground and Kakashi can do it by using doton like i've said on my first post. By hiding underground he has also nothing to fear about arrows or Amaterasu, etc

Of course he wasn't in perfect form. That's why i've said he wasn't 100% healthy at that time, but he still had enough power to upgrade Susanoo, what he couldn't even do at 100% against Danzo. Isn't it weird?
And for the weakness, we can't say for sure if Kakashi doesn't know since they didn't continue to fight and i think Kakashi is smart enough to see quickly weaknesses of jutsus. He has already shown it countless time in this manga. Remember he is even the one who saw through Deva's power(5seconds interval) just by noticing one fact(when he dodged Choji's kunai).

Yes Gaara didn't beat Madara at that moment, but don't forget Madara is not only Susanoo, he upgraded his EMS to Rinnengan to be able to counter Naruto's FRS, he even created a Susanoo with feets later(so it's not possible to attack this version from underground), used Perfect Susanoo, Mokuton ninjutsus, etc
