Kakashi is underrated cuz almost everytime in versus threads you can read "he will lose cuz he will run out of stamina" or something like that. Minato is also underrated cuz he is stronger that the popular belief in NB

I guess Kurenei is underrated because she was one shotted by Itachi but he can one shot almost anybody. Temari is underrated because her attacks are on such a large scale yet people think she would lose to any strong opponent without much difficulty. Mei has the ability to burn and melt her opponents yet I see people say she gets owned instantly.

The other characters that are popular also get underrated by haters. I say 3 tomoe Itachi is actually underrated because people think an Itachi without mangekyou is fodder.
