To make it clear so that i dont have another heart attack:
Rules: Rei's rules + No death + No taking of money/equipment, and if you could it would be fair to keep it to D rank or lower, as i currently only know E rank, but you can do as you wish.

Alright now that thats clear...

*As Kamitzo walks forward with his hand outstretched he slowly draws with his left hand, the left blade attached to his back, and readies it for any surprises. As he does this, Kamitzo bonds a chakra string to his blade. As Torune own sword flashes before his eyes, Kamitzo throws his left hand over his right, protecting himself with the blade against his forearm inces from his face.*

"What was that for, i was just trying to say hello!"

*Kamitzo jumps backwards before Torune's unavoidable second strike hits him, and pulls on the chakra string, now securely bonded to Torune's own sword, pulling it from his hands, and landing in a tree trunk nearby.*

"Thats no way to treat a friendly stranger"
*As he adopts a defensive stance, two of his blades at the ready, held backwards against his forearm.

You know because this is unoficial even if you die,nothing happens to you rbio and you can go on fighting and training again.

As you jump backwards and try to pull my sword from me I infuse the sword with wind chakra so it cuts your string I then release 5 shuriken wich head towards you and make 2 ilusionary clone's.

*As the suspicious man blasts his chakra strings with his wind chakra, Kamitzo jumps backwards into the tree behind him dodging the flying kunai and throwing his own into each of the 3 Torunes, with flashbombs attached.*

*As they detonate Kamitzo trows a paperbomb onto the tree branch above Torune, and detonates it, causing the whole tree to fall onto the ground were Torune and his clones are standing, its flaming branches filling the air with smoke, making it almost impossible to breath.*

*Kamitzo then casts his own clone jutsu, creating 3 clones of himself all standing on seperate trees, giving Tourne 3 targets to chose from.*

As I see your kunai with the flash bombs coming for me I throw some kunai to deflect them so the flash bombs fall down and detonate there further from me and closer to you.

I then before your paper bomb detonates create a cloud of bugs beneath me wich caries me away from the explosion.

As I'm in the air on my cloud and you throw all those things at me I jump upwards and exhale a stream of wind wich caries me upwards into the air so I evade your attack.

*watching form a distance i quickly take note of your attack and summon my irregular shuriken magnetise them and then throw that with great speed at which it blocks his attcks and magnetises your own equipment which at that point i have released my other 3 shuriken and then i focus all my magnetised weapons at you aftr 1 hits you it creats a magnetic field whch n turn freezes you all of the other weopons then cut you to pieces.

(I appreciate the help, AUSTRALIA UNITE, but i am pretty sure the battle isnt open, so he can chose to ignore that if he wants. Plus we really should have our own battle sometime)
