How the hell did Edo-Madara learn the seals to break out of the edo-tenseis contract?

When, decades before the start of the series, Hashirama struck a peace treaty with Madara Uchiha, Tobirama helped them found Konoha. When the First died, Tobirama was appointed as the Second Hokage.

That was stated under his character selection. So they were obviously in the same time if Tobirama helped Hashirama find Konoha.

Tobirama lived later than Madara? Did you not read any of the manga?

Tobirama and Hashirama were brothers. Madara was around the same age and fought with them at the same time. Tobirama and Madara were both members of the leaf village together. Before that, they fought each other during the age of endless fighting.

They've met.

OK they lived in the same era and they fought together in war. Madara has a sharingan, the basic power of the sharingan is to able to copy handseals. Just like Sasuke knows the handseals.

If you look here, you see that Hashirama and Tobirama were not that far apart.... On top of that, it's insinuated that Hashirama is just an older brother to Tobirama, but it could just be a year apart, or a few years more. It's likely that Hashirama might have died prematurely and passed the title down to his brother.

We see both of them talking to young Hiruzen.

So if we assume that Madara is around the same age, it's likely that Tobirama could have even FACED OFF with Madara a few times if they were in a clan war. Tobirama grew up in the era of constant war and he may have used Edo Tensei to Madara, seeing as Madara knows the technique and it's purposes.
