All the characters' personalities and abilities are changed. The only ones what remained the same from the "normal" narutoverse is Naruto and Sakura. They seem to have been transported or something. Tobi also somehow completes his eye of the moon plan. But i guess we will have to wait and find out

Well, Kishimoto-sensei draws them as the opposite of how they are in the manga, so instead of a stoic, cold Sasuke, you get playboy Sasuke ...
I'm still not sure whether I should laugh at the new designs of the characters or cry. This movie is starting to turn into a crack fic :/
