No dude. It doesn't work like that. You only get three powers. Itachi and Sasuke have Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi and Susano'o. Obito probably would have just got Kamui and something else, maybe not Susano'o. Itachi and Sasuke were geniuses as children and Obito was a slacker so he wouldn't have become anything special.​

Kakashi is not as powerful as Itachi or Sasuke, but we know he can kill them with Kamui. One high-level technique doesn't make a Shinobi more powerful than the next one.
