Third Raikage, strongest Kage of all time?

Is the Third Raikage the strongest Kage of all time? I have strong reasons to believe so.
1) As most of you may know, he was know as the human shield, his defense was indestructible. Nothing was known to actually pierce anything, except for one thing that I'll get to later. Even the Hachibi, arguably the 2nd Stongest Tailed Beast, could not pierce through his shield.
2) He has, as most of the Raikages, super human speed. He's as fast as the current Raikage, A. Please, take note that the only person fast than A was Minato. Still, The Third Raikage was even stronger than A. No doubt.
3) The Jigo *Kudzuki Yonhon Nukite, also known as the hell stab, similar to the chidori, but only stronger. The Third could also seal the Hachibi after every time it would go out of control....by himself. By doing that he would use the sealing technique:
Kohaku no Jōhei.
So the Third had the lightning release armour, knew lightning release, took on th e Hachibi, he knew Black Lightning ( this is whom Darui learned the technique from, took on 10,000 shinobi single-handedly, he uses the hell stab; the only weapon able to penetrate his Lightning Release armor, and a Rasen-Shuriken couldn't even penetrate his shield.
So now the only people I can see beating the Third Raikage are Hashirama, just because, well, he's the person Madara has the most toward, acknowledging him as his better. And Minato, only because he's faster and specializes on wind-release techniques.
But anyways, if any of you can prove me otherwise, please, bring it. :3

Okay his detachment of the primitive world technique is pretty cool. But how many times can they use it consistently? I know Oonoki only used two? On Mu, meaning it takes a lot of chakra to use it.

And also the Black Lightning technique is the same one used by Darui. And let's all be realistic, Darui is super strong, arguably, as strong as Kakashi. And the Third Raikage, being the mentor of Darui, I would expect to his Black Lightning to be stronger than Darui's.

I agree with the rest of what you said, though.

Why do you assume that the Third Raikage's Black Lightning technique is more powerful, isn't iht usually the opposite, the pupil will usually exceed their master in their mentored attacks, such as how Naruto did what Minato and Jaraiya couldn't (add the wind element to the Rasengan) and how Sasuke has surpassed Kakashi's Chidori and expanded iht's possibilities. also, i'm not saying that they are necessarily stronger then their masters overall just in the mentored jutsu.

Okay, to start off, from what i can recall, i haven't seen you say who you thought was the strongest Kage or if you thought the Third Raikage was indeed that person, also all i have seen you do is try to prove everyone else wrong, when most of these statements they make are OPINIONS... also you said that Naruto didn't beat the Third Raikage but in actuality, he did, just because he made him hit himself doesn't mean he didn't beat him. That's like saying if i gave you a concussion and then you got into a fight and someone knew about your concussion and then they made you punch/hit yourself in the head hard enough to knock you out, they didn't really knock you out because the injury was pre-existing and you did iht to yourself, but since they found a way to make you hit yourself they did actually win... and just because the Hachibi told him the story doesn't mean he never would have or could have beaten the Third Raikage, maybe he would have beaten him later and figured iht out himself like anyone else could, oh and plenty of people knew the story about how the two fought they just didn't know the specifics and any intelligent shinobi could have figured iht out, but Naruto isn't very smart... Finally, how do you know the interview with Kishi is fake, are you him or perhaps a close friend of his who knows more than everyone else?? I personally don't know if the interview actually happened but that doesn't mean iht never did, i just don't know.

Hashi>Madara which makes him stronger than all other kages.
though the 3rd raikage is strong, i dont thnk he is stronger than Madara what we r seeing now.
Plus Hashi had many tailed beasts under his control which makes him even stronger nd could perform medical ninjutsu without handseals.

well how about this - we can all agree that the third raikage was around at the same time as third hokage, right . so it is stated that the Hokage was the greatest kage of his time . and if u gonna say he werent ,then once again reread , yes ill give u , he has more chakra and faster but he doesnt have all the justsu like the professer ,
