Alrighty, Mista Hard. I want you to tell me what water in the Shinobi World is. I want you to also tell me in your own words what water means to you in a philosophical way. I want to be sure you have full understanding of water before we start Suiton.

Well from my understanding, in the narutoverse water is a one of the five basic elements that are used by shionbi across the world. Most of the techniques are based on manipulating already created water sources like likes, rivers, oceans, etc. Others have even taken it a step further and have been seen able to manipulate the rain itself to further increase the skill in their water mastery. Not only is water used by manipulating water sources but also by focusing on the moister in the air. I believe the second hokage utilized the moister in the air to materialize great quantities of water our of thin and was very renounced for it. That being said, water can also be taken step further and be added with other elemental natures like wind, to create the infamous ice style.
Sempai I'm not really good in the philosophical way nor do I understand it too much but I will try my best. In my opinion, water is a very big part of this world, it gives life to pretty much anything that is a living orgasm. Without water we would be nothing. Water is what keeps the trees alive and the trees is what keeps us alive by purfing the oxygen we breath everyday. Water can be used to build things for example to mix different materials. It can even be used to cook or boil food. One of the most benefitial uses of was is drinking it and the most clean use is bathing in it. Although it has its good sides, I believe water also has its bad sides like for example it can bring great destruction if mother nature isn't in good terms with us ie: bad weather changes.

*As I hear my instructions, I calmly walk over towards the water and sit upon it. I then close my eyes as I enter a meditative state while focusing my chakra and trying to mimic the flow of the water. As I'm meditating I hear the noise of a nearby river rushing downstream. As I do, I try and focus on that sound and try to make my chakra flow the same as the river as I enter a quite peaceful state. *
Water is weak against fire and strong against earth ^_^

However, this time I take it a step further and force more chakra into it so that I can rise the water. Using my imagination and past flash backs of waves, I try to shape the rising water in the form of a wave that I then push forward and towards the clone.*

* As I have finished my recent wavey attack, I stand back up while focusing my water chakra around my entire body. I then concentrate really hard and release all that chakra into the water source itself. As it goes inside, I try and focus and manipulate the water to lift it upwards. However unlike the first time, I try and separate the water molecules to lift from the water source a soft of mist that spread out throughout medium range to conceal my presence. I then sneakily make my way over to the clone I had recently knocked over and slice its head off utilizing my scythe. *

It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

I want you to begin to form a large amount of water chakra into your dominate hand, then utilizing the chakra I want you to begin to form actual water from that hand, while at the same time shaping that water that you are converting into the shape of a sword. As it is being made, focus on maintaining the shape of the sword.
Then go and kill my clone with it. O_O'

Indeed Suiton is one of the weaknesses of Mokuton, glad you actually realize that.
Now, let's move on to C-Ranked techniques. =DD
Now, I want you to go back into the center of that lake. Then I want you to build up a larger amount of water chakra than you have for the other techniques. By releasing that chakra into the water below you, I want you to begin to shape the water into that of a great white shark. Doing so will require more shape manipulation than you have used so far. After the shark is formed, release it towards my clone. Even though this won't take him out, it should sweep him off his feet, carrying him back until he hits that rock wall behind him. Now, give it a try.

As I hear my orders I head back towards the middle of the lake. I then start focusing on my water chakra and releasing it outwards into the water below me. Using the same method as before to rise water I cause water to rise but on a bigger scale. I the utilize shape manipulation and turn the water into the shape of a shark. Once that's done I cause the shark to head towards the clone and knock it backwards.
Yes. Mokuton is strong against water as well as earth.

The next one is a hyuuga specific technique, so we'll skip that one.
So I now want you to make the Rat → Dog → Ox handseals while you begin to build up Suiton chakra. I then want you to begin to release that chakra from your body. As it is being released, turn the suiton chakra into actual water itself like you did with the water sword. As the water is released, form it into the shape of a whip. Then I want you to whip it towards my clone, hitting him and waking him up. While doing this focus on maintaining the shape of the whip the entire time that it is traveling towards my clone. Give it a try.

As I practice the hand seals you showed me quite a few times I then start out by performing Rat → Dog → Ox once again. I then start to focus on my water chakra as I release it outwards into the moister in the air and bring all the water molecules closer together. As I bring them together, I use shape manipulating to materialize the water into the form of a whip. I then lasso the whip towards the clone and force him to wake up.
*My clone is startled and wakes up from his unconscious state.*

I then start compressing the chakra itself while thinking of the slimy properties of my saliva and slime itself trying to mimic them with my chakra compression. I then follow it up by releasing that slimy compressed liquidity substance from my mouth and towards the clone. Upon impact it binds the clone in place from the stickyness. *

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
Now, I want you to begin to focus a large amount of water chakra into the water. Then, I want you to imagine yourself, think of how you currently look. Then using your chakra and the water, create a complete replica of yourself. Maintain focus on your image the entire time and stabilize it to complete the jutsu. Give it a try.
