Jiraiya's sage mode was imperfect.
So I think Tsunade has a sage mode too. And maybe her is perfect.

What would Tsunade get from sage mode? It's meant to increase strength, speed, and stamina as well as increasing jutsu power. She already has good taijutsu and she doesn't use much ninjustsu.
