Every Shinobi has dna which describes their body. Izuna's eyes may have been removed, but his actual dna still stands. Edo restores everything to it's place. Because of this fact Orochimaru and Kabuto made a hypothese about Madara's Rinnegan and they were right.
Edo tensei basically restores every cell in your body, including the dammaged ones. This also explains why half of the Shinobi were not crippled when summoned by the Edo tensei.

edo tensai revives you to the previous state on where you died, like how nagato mobility was in his life and it is the same as when he was an edo.

Not true, look at Torune. Tobi broke his neck and came back minute after in perfect state. Kabuto modified sh1t.
Also Nagato used alot of forbidden techniques which shortened his life. We know Edo tensei doesn't make you any younger.

I don't think he will bring Izuna back. Madara didn't really become "evil" until after his brother died. At least that's what is implied. Izuna seemed to be a kind person and dedicated to his clan. So even if he did revive Izuna, what would be the purpose? Just because the Uchiha fought the Senju doesn't mean they are "bad". They just have a history of hatred towards each other that goes back to the sons of the SO6P.
