We know that Sasuke at the moment can't solo Madara and Tsunade is totally outmatched in terms of power. But i feel that Madara should be defeated only by these two individuals. Why do you ask? It's simple because one is a descendant of the Senju, while the other one is a genius in the making and he is a spitting image of Madara Uchiha.
Tsunade is the First Hokage's granddaughter. She is currently the Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village. If Sasuke doesn't finish Madara by help. Then i would like Tsunade to finish him off. The reason is because Madara basically threw Tsunade under the bus by telling her that she is weak, despite realizing that even being a women. Tsunade is a strong medical ninja with prowess and their is a reason why she has a good arsenal of jutsu. She is also known as the strongest Kunoichi. Tsunade beating Edo Madara will be not only a big feat, but it will show Madara that his mouth is out of order. The difference is that Hashirama can solo Madara, but at least Tsunade finishes him with people at his side.
Sasuke is the last survivor of the Uchiha. He also told Itachi that he was going to finish Madara, when he fought his brother in the Hideout. Wouldn't it make sense that Sasuke defeats the almighty Madara. He would be recognized as the strongest Uchiha at his current age. Kurama mentioned that Sasuke has chakra like Madara. Plus, Sasuke has the same cocky attitude, he can be calm, he can be serious, he can underestimate you, and he can be insulting. In other words, Sasuke has a lot of similarities to Madara, unlike any other character. That's why i think that Sasuke killing Edo Madara would make for an interesting twist in the story. I would like Sasuke finishing Edo Madara before fighting Naruto. Madara has been getting uninteresting and we know that he has to be defeated sooner or later. I think it would be perfect ending for him to be defeated by one of his own.
So this is how i place them by order of killing Madara!
1st- Sasuke Uchiha: Because he is the last survivor and he must prove himself to be worthy to be recognized in the 4th Ninja War.
2nd- Tsunade: Because she is a senju and she has been underestimated by Madara. He was defeated by a senju and a hokage, so it would be fitting that he dies by another senju and a hokage.
