Lmfao hahahahahahahaha this had me weak...for some time now I been wondering that...they have have electricity poles..they have modern day looking hospital...microscope to study pain's chakra rod..they have train and vehicles..but yet they always run to travel lol! But if u look at the hidden rain village..it look more like an urban city...as appose to the leaf it look more like feudal japan era..

But in the first naruto movie..everything look so modern as appose to now! But who care I love naruto! Lol
