Kakashi vs Mei for kage title

In the recently popular "Is mei really kage level" (or something like that) thread many ppl put the option that kakashi was more "kage level" than her.

So in a battle (random forest ) of Mei vs kakashi. Who wins. distance...(does it really matter?) 100 yards i guess.
