Naruto's Speed.

even if we considered naruto's sensing of intentions as an advanced sensory technique, which i personally dont, all that means is he has insight into his opponents feelings rather than their chakra signature, which may be useful in detecting hidden enemies, but in a one on one fight i dont think it would aid him anymore than the average sensor and wouldnt help him predict movement either, let alone against raikages v2 speed, which he reacted with reflexes against, not awareness of his opponents intentions, there was no time for that

and by instances i was just referring to mito/naruto being able to sense feelings in general, sorry if i wasnt clear

Consider this scenario;

Naruto is Blind and in KM.

Raikage charges at him with Killing Intent

Naruto Senses Raikage's Intention and is able to Dodge.

The above scenario is what i think happens to Naruto's reaction time here;

Tobi should be even with Minato and Naruto in reaction, but not in speed. He did the same thing as Naruto and Minato; he reacted to V2 A at a close distance and managed to turn intangible in time.

well for one thing raikage did say he was coming..xd

but i see your point, the sensing of intention adds another layer of perceptual ability, but that in itself doesnt increase reflexes, if anything it makes naruto less reliant on reflexes by constantly feeling where his opponent is through their emotions, but thats no different from constantly being able to track your opponent with your eyes, that alone shouldnt be enough to increase naruto reaction to raikages sudden movement, that reflex, that knee jerk instinct was unnatural for him on any level

IMO, i think the amount of time he had to move,due to his Sharingan Tracking&Predicting skills, is what helped him dodge Raikage's elbow, not his speed.[/QUOTE]

i know what your saying but if you look at sasuke vs bee sasuke was able to read bees movements but his body wasn't able to react fast enough but wen bee charged at him in a linear movement he was able to dodge it so in a way it's kinda the same with Ay

Exactly, it isn't about Sasukes body or his speed, its more about if his eyes can Track&Predict and also how much time he has to change up his position.
