So i'm re-reading the Manga... and I'm on Chapter 544, and i see that Kishi seems to be making some kind of comparison between Minato's FTG Speed/Reaction and Naruto's KM Mode Speed/Reaction.

If A and B then What Chance does Sasuke stand against such speeds?

Naruto is not as fast as Minato. Even though he dodged Raikage's attack he is not at teleportation speed like Minato and Tobi. Also Minato got Tobi not because of his speed but because he put the seal that allows teleportation to whoever has it on them.

Raikage was not in v2 raiton armor yet,

Naruto's running speed is instantaneous. Naruto is so fast, that he actually destroys his surrounding just by running. And Naruto became this fast when he acquired his Bijuu Mode. He never trained for it.

no matter how fast the running speed it cannot be instananeous. It can be close to instantaneous but it cant be instantaneous like ftg.

Dude -_- sasuke has adapted that speed by himself not the sharangan he used it to see the movements but long b4 tht he made himself as fast as lee & he was consider passed chuunin lvl & think of him all the way up to cm it increased his speed plus the full power cm did u see him vs dei he would have sliced tobi if there was a sec. less when he used tht j. & now sasuke speed is probably at lee in 8 gates he would have slice raikage when he swifted behind him if the lightning armor wasn't on

@op reaction time and speed are completely different things.

Km naruto's reaction time=minatos reaction time>tobi's reaction time
Minato's speed > Km naruto's speed > raikage's

he was still fighting sasuke with an intent to kill and used v2 later on wen he was attacking naruto he had an intent to kill but wasn't in v2 by how it looks in the manga
