Mokuton, since even Yamato who isn't that good with it is Jounin lvl. You can fight with it, build villages, Create flush and great forest for different reasons. it is a kekkei genkai for every situation.

You do no Ranton is Storm Release not Gale the anime messed that up and Blaze Release isnt a KG its an ablility Sasuke made with MS xd but best KG is Rinnegan

Well I think it's just Uchiha KG not Rinnegan since you get Rinnegan from going beyond EMS Limits so I would say it's Uchiha KG not Rinnegan..

So I would say first is Uchiha's KG, the Mokuton and then Gale realease maybe ?

to me, every kekkei genkai is like, top of the line. storm release beat teh shit out kin gin. mokuton make houses in the blink of an eye. scroch release turn u into a zombie. bakuton turn u into a suicide bomber. and the list continues... but overall, the eye jutsus take teh cake!
