I sugested that what Sasuke has is a form of tsukuyomi, not the kind that Itachi has but a new kind that works on amaterasu...

Why would Danzo compare a random genjutsu to tsukuyomi, that is pointless.

Sasuke has more skill in controlling amaterasu than Itachi, so he can manipulate it, this being his blaze release.

I actually agree with you. His genjutsu is nothing like Tsukuyomi and I don't believe that he ever called his Tsukuyomi. However, I think now after taking Itachi's eyes he has it.

No, Blaze release is the addition of shape manipulation to amaterasu, making it controllable, no lightning is involved. This stems from his great control, the viz name makes this clear as Enton: kagutsutchi is Inferno style: Flame control. I know he controls it with his right, but that may just be an additional skill, as we have seen him seen him use tsukuyomi and you need it and amaterasu to unlock susano'o.

According to databooks, you need Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu to unlock Susano. So I think he does have it, but it's just not as strong as Itachi's.

I think sasuke might have better Amaterasu because according to Raikage's sensor guard, sasuke's ability to manipulate shape & form of black flame through enton seems to be even superior to itachi.

but Itachi's tsukuyomi at the same time seems to be superior to sasuke. ( according to Danzo during the fight I remember, but too lazy to cite the manga )

Sasuke has tsukyomi, it paralizes and he can put you in his world, but unlike Itachi's, it doesn't alter the victim's time.

His amaterasu is better than Itachi's however, as he can move it at will.

Their susanoo are probably equal now. Ems susanoo (covered in black flames)=ms susanoo with weapons.
