4 Man squad should be balanced in such a way that they are useful in their own way.

Choosing just the strongest one will not make the best team.

Here is my 4 man squad..................

1. Itachi (powerful, intelligent, the strategy maker of the team, can also act as information extractor through genjutsu)
2. Nagato (powerful, Sensor type, insane brute power)
3. Tsunade (Medical ninja of the team, brute power)
4. Hashirama (Brute force, long battle experience, sealing jutsus)

Shikamaru,Itachi,Hashirama,Mu

Shikamaru is a genius capable of paralyzing everyone. While so Itachi can genjitsu while Hashirama is on defence and Mu just for brute force and able to controll 3 elements thus 'create' new element that no one can counter.
