which Uchiha(dead or alive) has the capabilitie to surpass Madara (no edo/ems)

So out of all the uchiha that have lived which ones do you think can surpass Madara EMS if they culd of lived longer or later when their grown up(sasuke).

Heres a list of some uchiha's that may have been able to surpass him(Keep in mind only sasuke can have EMS out of all these ppl)

-Itachi ( ANBU captain at age 13 and posses yata mirror and sealing sword)

-Sasuke(only EMS user since Madara)

-Shisui (The body flicker)

-Kagami (on 2nd hokages team during great ninja war)

-Obito [ his MS tech (that was unlocked by Kakashi) is Kamui (this is considering he kept both his eyes)]

-Izuna (at MS stage only)

Personally i think Shisui wuld be able to surpass him.

Izuna hands down. His power was always just a step behind Madara.
Second would be Itachi, then Sasuke, then Shisui.

Yeah dude. If Itachi's intentions were evil like Tobi's and Madara's, he would be even more formidable than he already is. If he were to seek power ups like Hashi dna, "immortality", and so on, he would've been much more powerful than Madara. The only thing Madara naturally has better than Itachi is chakra levels. This is just a fraction of the point I'm trying to make though.
