Is the rinnegan much stronger on an Uchiha?

Is the rinnegan much stronger on an uchiha. Because as we seen, Madara activated god knows how long ago and to my surprise, he uses it like he knows of it already even better usage than nagato. He could make fire larger, absorb energy, make Susanoo even larger than ever, make meteor showers, come down, and power up Wood Release. Where as Nagato used the 6 paths but I haven't seen Madara use all of them except for two.

My question is if the Rinnegan is stronger on an Uchiha than on a regular person that hasn't gone into evolving by just getting them instantly again in Nagato's case.

almost none of those things have to do with rennigan (make fire larger,make wood release better,sasunoo even larger) and hes only used 2 rennigan techs

It obviously would suit more towards an Uchiha user since you are able to casually switch in between EMS to Rinnegan. Thus allowing yourself to have a wide range of attacks with different combos.

Lol make fire larger wtf makes susanoo bigger wtf? Power wood release wtf? Absorb energy can't nagato do that aswell an all the other things u said have nonthing to do wit rennigan...nagato can do meteor showers as well an nagato has been shown useing it better...

Yes, the Rinnegan is more efficient for an Uchiha user as it is their Dojutsu to begin with. Someone else using it would be just like Kakashi who even though he does a great job with it, can't maximize it's potential. Nagato only managed to use the rinnegan so good because of his Uzumkai inheritage, the large chakra reserves.
