Edo Madara vs All Kages present and past

To make it fair I must obviously give Madara some adventage.
I'm giving him time.

Let's say the story goes like this.
There is a Kage summit going on with all Kages present. With all Kages I mean from the past and present. Madara is lurking in the shadows for a suprise attack. He get's all the time he needs before the attack.

Can Madara succeed if he creates a Susano clone army?
Madara can create massive Susano clone army, because he has unlimited chakra.
Here is a example which I explained earlier.

Now remember this is a suprise attack. Madara sends clones to drop Meteorites on the Kage summit.

How will this end?

he gets angry and makes wood clones to have rinnegan and complete susanoo, then spams meteorites, susanoo slashes and sucks all ninjutsu/shinra tenseis all strong taijutsu(if necessary), all kages dead, hashi gets pwned with his own jutsus

As much as you like Madara and all he admitted himself that Hashirama still beats him to this point, so that's just denial at this point.

Coupled with the power of dozens of other Kages, I think he can pull the win. I think every single Kage to ever exist including Minato and Hiruzen and Onoki and Muu and 2nd Mizukage and 3rd Kazekage and Tobirama and Tsunade etc etc. will easily make up for the lack of rinnegan and mediocre mokutons that pale in comparison to his own even if Madara didn't admit that Hashirama still solos him.

But without Hashirama, yeah I still think Madara stomps so it's cool.

How can they beat unlimited Susano army? Madara doesn't need to attack.
He can stay in the shadows keep producing clones. It's impossible to win against Madara.

You people are understimating the clones. Mei would have been killed if it wasnt for Gaara and Raikage was also about to die. Other kages were barely holding their grounds. Imagine what Madara's army looks like compared to those 25 clones? He has unlimited chakra people, wake the **** up.
