Only four characters I can think of that I hate:
Sasuke-stubborn little emo boy
Orochimaru and Kabuto-for all their experimentation on people just to see what they could do, Edo Tensei, etc.
Danzo-he may claim he wanted the best for Konoha, but was always far too backhanded and corrupt
Well, there used to be a fifth on this list too. I truly hated Pain when he destroyed Konoha, but I have to admit I ended up liking him again after Naruto got through to him.

I actually like Sakura, even if that is the unpopular view. I think she is a stupid girl for still wanting Sasuke after all this time, and I think her character was horribly underdeveloped and could have much more potential than given. I still like the girl though.

Tobi is awesome! Tobi makes me happy. Especially his frilled lizard technique.

I like Tenten too. She's cute and she's got her weapons. Not the most skilled or important ninja, but I don't get all the hate against her...
