you need to understand what this unlimited actually means it doesn't mean he can make 1000 at a time. It means he can make the maximum amount of clones he can make at a time one batch after the next and people are unsure of this interval.

If the maximum number of clones he can make with his and hashi's chakra is 25 then he can only make 25 at one time. After whatever interval he has to take he can make another 25 and then again and again and again.

Don't get carried away now. When Naruto created his clones, he didn't use all of Kurama's chakra. Also, Kurama is stated to have infinite chakra... so I would guess that the same rules apply to Edo Madara. Madara can't really create unlimited amount of clones.

Don't get carried away now. When Naruto created his clones, he didn't use all of Kurama's chakra. Also, Kurama is stated to have infinite chakra... so I would guess that the same rules apply to Edo Madara. Madara can't really create unlimited amount of clones.

There is no way for anyone to know for sure. Theoretically he should be able to make as many as he wants given the amount of chakra he has. Though I wonder about that unlimited chakra. The Edo body regenerates when destroyed. I wonder if he must wreck his body to regain all of his chakra. I guess we'll see in the weeks to come.
