Why do people say Tobi is strong?

I don't understand. I don't understand why people say that Tobi is as strong as Hashirama and even Edo Madara. Just because he has the Rinnegan, doesn't mean he is stronger or even as strong as Hashirama or Madara. The only reason he survived the fight with Konan was because of Izanagi which he doesn't have anymore. The only jutsu I've seen him use is his Teleportation jutsu and Izanagi.

Can someone tell me how he is stronger or as strong as Hashirama and Madara. Or at least give me some good jutsu he has used that maybe I don't know about. Because in any case, the dude is weak overall.

And Konan only did that to Tobi, cause she plan that attack years before and studied him
He trusted Konan before that too

He does not control Jinchuurikis (they've been released), he does not have Izanagi (used it up in the fight with Konan), and his S/T (by Minato and you guys know how) has been cracked. So he has been cut in half by power. And his others have flaws. He has not used one Rinnegan technique because he can't, Gedo Mazo is terribly useless.

Why do you think he has the Rinnegan in the eye that Izanagi was in? He got the Sharingan from Danzo, and when he used it against Konan (which was shown when his mask was blown off), he couldn't use it again. So he got himself another eye.

Are you crazy? And if that is so, then Kakashi can use Susano'o, Amaterasu, and everything else. Just because you have the eyes, it doesn't mean you can use every ability it has. Seriously, think realistically.

Well I am going off of info I've been given. Tobi does not have KA and he used Izanagi in the fight with Konan and it also says that he cannot use it again. And clearly you're a moron because Izanagi is used only by the Sharingan.

Tobi doesn't have KA, but he has a KA-like jutsu (controlling Yagura for years).

Where did it say that Tobi can't use Izanagi again? Panels? Though I know you have none.
