Hello out there ....this is one of my long lost theories...now that it is time to release my jutsu...HERE GOES..........
We should by now know who this guy is ...but for those who dont.....
He was hailed as one of the most powerful shinobi of his era and was also the creator of the Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation technique; however, some time after its creation he labelled it as a kinjutsu and never mastered it himself, though he did use it enough for it to be recognised by other Kage......NOW NOW NOW......HMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm........
Here we are now at a pivotal point her.... Why would the second hokage banish his own technique and label it as forbidden...hmmm....Well let us go futher.........
When Madara Uchiha left the village....On what true purpose was his goal....Okay okay....for those read that and wish to troll me...relax and hear me out will you....for some burning reason i believe that Madara might have came into contact with the second somehow or did he taught Tobirama this technique..??..
P.S..Maybe it can be that his Eternal Myen can read all and counter all ...hpmm...
Also it seems as if This was the true reason the jutsu was label as Forbidden...Ahhh Hahhhaha.....Because it granted the one who is summoned the possibilty of becoming entirely Omnipotent and the other have yous... so maybe naa just flipping maybe
i think im on to something here...if it had happen or if it is to be revealed in the near future.....Maybe naa ..Maybe Madara had faced the second in a dual and may have used his technique to fight the Uchiiha ....but in the battle it got so intense that ....well you know ...water jutsus against fire jutsus....then all types of techniques..and then the ultimate jutsu of the second....Some way somehow the battle may have gotten pointless....but somehow Madara may have warned the second of the counter to the technique that it was indeed a jutsu that has no RISK...to the User that is...But to the World...if an individual was brought into this world who may know of the Release Seal....They would be Invincible and indeed unstoppable....

Well now that we see that The Uchiha seem to have been almost omnipotent.. Can we as a fan base complete the mystery of how Madara knew the Release Seal.....
