Just my opinion concidering that they must be able to teach and explain the basics in a nice way

When it comes to Naruto then I think he can be more like a personal sensei, if you know what i mean (him teaching Konohamaru for example )

Sakura is always helpless when she feels threatend (Exp when she said she was gonna kill sasuke she was calm and cool but once she was overpowered she became helpless)

Well when you think about how the need to have leadership, patience, and all the other things that go into being a squad leader I think it takes a few names off the list just with that.

My top four are:
Neji
Shikamaru
Shino
