We all know 2nd kage battle
Tobirma/Muu
2nd mizukeage
2nd raikage *(we havent seen him yet )

1st kage battle would be hashi duh

Now the intresting one is 3rd kage gen

Hiruzen Sarutobi - The proffesor. Been what we seen he is very strong . He was also called strongest kage before ( we all know hashimara is though).

Onoki- Dust realese, very strong little guy

3rd raikage - Black lighting armour . Survieved weeks fighting shinobi

3rd kazekage- Was said to be the strongest kazekage. Has a point there why is he sasoris puppet. One does not be sasori's puppet.

There is no known 3rd mizukage yet so :shrug::shrug:

But Hiruzen has the best feat, cause he beat the fairy tale Hashirama and his brother Tobirama

And 3rd was already said to be the strongest of all the Kages and Hokages
So Sarutobi wins

hiruzen used a jutsu that kills himself to do that. so how big of a feat is it really? if he uses death god here its auto loss for invoking a suicidal jutsu.
onokis strongest here but third raikage wins because he can outlast everyone
