This recent manga was pretty good but i think it brought up a couple more plot holes.

Madara said that whoever knows the seal to the edo tensei can release themselves from its contract so my question is why the hell didnt the second hokage do this when oro brought him back. Also how in the world does madara know the seal if the second hokage created it, shouldn't he have been long dead by the time it was created. This chapter was pretty awesome but its left me quite confused if anyone has any theories/explanations on this i'm curious to know what they are.

Remeber Tobi asking Kabuto to tell him how to stop Edo Tensei? Kabuto did show him the seals required to stop it.

Tobi has rinnegan and so does Madara, see the connection? Tobi in my opinion is definitely closely connected/related to Madara.

Madara died long time after his fight with Hashirama appearently, just after he got the rinnegan. How would he else know of Nagato for example... Only time will tell.

Kabuto showed him the wrong signs for the jutsu. Maybe with his rinnegan/sharingan he was able to distinguish the actual hand signs needed, I'm not sure.

Isn't him knowing about the Jutsu enough?I mean if he knows about the Jutsu that must mean he has some experience with it.

Still it doesn't matter though, you can only do what Madara did, if Edo Tensei's caster didn't fully control you and you also knew how to release the contract.

My point exactly, Tobi had Rinnegan AND he didn't ask how to release Edo Tensei out of curiosity. No, he asked for a good reason. Now, since Tobi apparently knew it that wouuld explain how Madara knew it too BUT only if you are willing to believe Tobi=Madara in some way, this would of course mean that Tobi didn't lie when he referred to himself as Uchiha Madara or a mere shell of his former self(Madara).
