should i read the whole manga?

hey guys i have watched the anime fully till the last episode that was released but i have readen the manga till the chepter 100 in the first naruto not the manga i just wanted to know isthere any thing in manga than the anime doesn't have i mean is it relly important to read all the episodes or i can just watche the new episodes that has not released in anime yet ?please help me

Sometimes the anime people will add some of their own stuff. Plus they'll ad fillers as well. But other than that...no. there's no difference. The events and the plot is the same.

I am saying most people started with the anime, I don't know about in japan. I have read the whole manga and I have watched all the anime and I am telling you you want miss anything if you continue reading the manga from where you left the anime, ok.
