Well EDO Madara at this moment is the baddest dude in Naruto world but to say he is unbeatable is not logical either. No matter how strong someone is they can still be beaten. Even Itachi himself has said that every jutsu has a weakness. The thing to remember is that even though EDO Madara is totally badass he is about to have half of the joint shinobi army coming down on him as they divide to help Naruto and the Kages. So while he may be able to take on several Kages how do you think he would handle 20,000 shinobi?

Regardless, I said 1 vs 1 in the OP, so 20,000 shinobi is not a relevant question. Every jutsu has a weakness? Madara is under no jutsu, that is the point. If they are fodder then i'd like to see how they can survive a couple of meteors.
