Howcome Tobi's six paths were summoned using kabutos edo tensi. Couldn't tobi just use the power of rinnegan to revive the bodies as well like pain did?

read the manga, Kakashi already figured out that Tobi wont use the pain abilities since they take too much chakra and it is already known how you can counter them
