Well, here is the theory: Naruto (chakra/stamina) and Sasuke (eyes) fuse together to stop some antagonist. This video explains it really:

I know that it might be too similar to Dragon Ball Z though. The videos explain themselves, so I did not think it is necessary to explain much.

I saw there were threads about who would get the Rinnegan, but I thought of this. Just a theory of course. But since Naruto has similar things with certain animes, maybe this would happen too.
