Hey guys, I just now remembered this from quite awhile ago and I noticed that everyone in the Konoha 11, except for Naruto and Sasuke, don't have any kind of chakra nature. Was this Kishi's way of making each character unique or to make their clans stand out?

I feel like Sakura has to whip out some genjutsu into the group. I believe that would make her the only genjutsu user out of the Konoha rookies other than the OP duo. It doesn't have to be amazingly powerful genjutsu, just enough to allow Sakura to pull some strategic procedures off.

Actually if you remember when Naruto was developing his wind element Kakashi stated that most ninjas have to work for years to develop an element technique. So I think by not allowing any of the others develop one it illustrates how special Naruto and Sasuke really are. If you notice other than special elite ninjas or ones with a kekkei genkai most ninjas do not develop element techniques or they are much older when they do.
