Warning: Major manga spoilers ahead
The Fourth Shinobi World War has began and friends, rivals, and distinguished ninja from the past are making their appearance into the Naruto world once again. Kankuro has had another crack at Sasori, Sai has once again crossed paths with his brother, and Kakashi has exchanged blows with the reincarnated Zabuza.
In the next few episodes, including June’s episode 268, it seems as if there will be a Lightning battle going on as Darui and his team face off against the Gold and Silver Brothers, Kinkaku and Ginkaku! Then at the end of July it seems as if we will take a break in the action with a special Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie tie-in episode. Of course we could be wrong, but based on the title, that’s what it seems like.

July 05, 2012 – Naruto Shippuden Episode 269: The Taboo Word
July 19, 2012 – Naruto Shippuden Episode 270: Golden Bonds
July 26, 2012 – Naruto Shippuden Episode 271: Road to Sakura
So in summary, Saiyan Island believes there will be two canon Naruto Shippuden episodes and a special filler tie-in in July. We predict the two canon episode will likely cover content from chapters 526-529 of the Naruto manga.
Keep in mind, the dates above are all actual and only subject to the programmers change, but the titles are translations and may differ once they are officially released by Viz Media. As for our predictions, they are just that, and may not be what’s in the episodes. We’re only making an educated guess based on our experience reading the great manga known as NARUTO!
