Rinnegan from madara and/or Tobi

I've seen a lot of threads about how nagato got his rinnegan, some more plausible(in my opinion) than others... heres mine:

Theory 1:
Both Tobi and Madara have a great deal of hatred towards konoha and have been working together in the past. After Madaras death Tobi gave Madaras rinnegan to Nagato(an uzumaki living in a land where konoha is seen as one of the bad guys) in order to create a combination of Senju/Uchiha DNA with a grudge against konoha.
That would explain how Madara knew about Nagato when he was brought back as Edo, and why Tobi says he gave it to Nagato.

OR...

Theory 2:
Tobi followed Madara in tha past and saw Madara gave Nagato his rinnegan(like Itachi gave Sasuke EMS). Tobi obviously have issues, and might have taken Madaras identity after his death, saying: "I gave nagato his rinnegan" when he fought Konan.

Either theory seems fishy since Nagato never told Jiraiya, "Hey Sensei, by the way, you know these killer peepers I've got? Some dude rammed 'em into my eye sockets before you met me."

The Uchiha, as descendants of the Older Brother, inherited the eyes among others. By this, it is plausible for the Uchiha Sharingan to progress to Rinnegan. Madara said to have awakened his Rinnegan shortly before his death.

The Uzumaki are distant relatives of the Senju. The Senju, as descendants of the Younger Son, were chosen as the successor of the Sage of Six Paths. Incarnates of the Sage of Six Paths, an Uzumaki in this case, may naturally appear in this lineage.

The abilities of both Rinnegan may essentially be the same. The difference lies in that while the Older Brother and his descendants stand to inherit the eyes and its abilities, the Younger Brother and his descendants, as successors, give rise to incarnates - inheriting both the eyes and the body.

If it is as Theory 2, he wouldn't need to "ram 'em in", Sasuke got MS from Itachi without any transplant...?

Naruto had no clue he was a jinchuriki until someone told him, and even then he didn't know how he got the kyuubi sealed inside him...

Yeah I know that, thats why I pointed out he was an Uzumaki, general knowledge i hope
But the senju only inhereted the So6p's body, it doesn't make any sence if he was able to unlock the rinnegan. Guess its like getting blue eyes if both you parents have brown...

Don't think his parents was expecting to die just yet. They weren't shinobi after all(at least they weren't fighting that day ir seems).

... They were afraid, he wasn't old enough in their opinion.. who knows?
Why do some parents wait on telling their child that he/her is adopted until they are "old enough"? dont think Nagato would understand, he wasn't THAT old after all when his parents died...

The first one sounds right. He did it so Nagato could resurrect him later
