And there could be some things like delayed reaction, so maybe it was a delayed awakening of the MS. Kakashi's best friend was Obito, who we all know he didn't kill.

It's not an instantaneous thing, especially if you don't know about it, which he didn't. Additionally, there's no way for Kakashi to have the prowess with his sharingan that a natural Uchiha would, especially with only one eye.

It had to happen in the 2 years that naruto trained with jiraya.. It could not had been obito because he would of had it before.. Rin did not appeared in the early Naruto series do i dont think it has to do with Obito or Rin or Minato..

Uhh.. yeah he did. He killed Itachi, thats when he unlocked his mangekyo. He was the closest person to him at the time, whether he saw him as good or bad.
