All Kage i listed have have atleast minimum of info like for the 2nd raikage who fought Tobirama ( Tobirama was said to have barely escaped with his life ) or the 1st Tsuchikage who had flight abilities and was from Kamizuru clan ( anime only ).

i agree with everything except with sunagakure.gaara is stronger IMO.

I remember it's said in manga that 3rd kazekage was the strongest Kazekage,i doubt that gaara surpassed him yet.

The bolded are incorrect, we really dont have enough info anywhere except Konoha to do this accurately

oi u cannot assume kages are weak just becasue they havnt been introduced properly n besides that i agree with your list other than tat mei is not the weakest mizukage i reckon yagura was hmm....also gaara is not the weakest kazekage as i think 4th was more weaker hmm

I agree with this list all except for the bolded part. I think the manga somewhere down the lines said that the three tails jinchuriki was the strongest(correct me if im wrong im just going off of memory lol)
And I think, not sure but I think your missing Oonoki for the rock.
