Jiraiya - Yes Itachi wouldn't need long (Jiraiyas one of my favourites)
Negato - No i doubt it (both are epic characters)
Minato - Eh I will say yes for now unless we see more that says Minato deserves the hype (Minatos also one of the best characters IMO I don't mean strongest but just awesome)
