The minute I realize that the tower have started to capture me and multiple paper bomb tagged kunais are heading my way I quickly do some handseal and release a vilant burst of lightning chakra from by body, It destroys all the tower and make the kunais explode mid way from me and continue towards you I then taking the oppoutunity of you being busy to deal with my lightning I make you feel like as if you are binded by heavy chains and other heavy stuff although it lasts few second but it gives my lightning enough time to reach you and harm you.

Timeout- *Blows my whistle* TECH! Read carefully through your opponents moves. They call me one move pwn for a reason. I am capable of killing you in one move with even Dranks. I used 5 to bind you and the other five to impale you. Meaning stab and kill. O_O Its the little things about an opponents move that can harm a person. So by you taking pain and waiting for them to bine you to react the Kunias would have made it to you and blew you up. Now lets take this into consideration and try this again.

Well just one thing and no offense as I said in my description as the start to bind me so it basically makes he fist contact on my leg and all I do is a single handseal to release that blast of lightning more importantly you said in your description that firs I am binded then impaled and by this time the kunai approch me.

I dont believe that you have the ability to use two jutsus at the same time but okay here it goes. Since you didnt defend against my wind shot it collides with your ramei and you are sinking into the ground as they collide not giving you enough time to use ur paralysis and as your sinking I begin my next move to use.
